1. About Nucleus Verify
Nucleus Verify is operated by Alter Menta Technologies Ltd (124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, Reg. 17036841). It provides deterministic structural verification of software repositories and AI-generated code.
2. What verification means
Nucleus Verify performs static structural analysis. A VERIFIED result means the submitted code passed structural, build, test, and determinism gates at the time of submission. It does not mean:
- The code is free of all security vulnerabilities
- The code will behave correctly at runtime
- The code is fit for any particular purpose
The "Not Verified Scope" section on every result discloses the explicit limits of each scan.
3. Certificate validity
Certificates are cryptographically anchored to the repository state at time of verification. A certificate becomes stale if the repository changes after issuance. The public verification URL shows when the certificate was issued and what state it reflects.
4. Acceptable use
You may only submit repositories or code that you own or have explicit permission to scan. You may not:
- Submit code belonging to others without permission
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the verification engine
- Use the service to generate false compliance evidence
- Resell or redistribute verification results as your own
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alter Menta Technologies Ltd is not liable for any damages arising from reliance on verification results, including undetected security vulnerabilities or structural issues. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
6. Subscriptions and payments
Subscription fees are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
7. Refund policy
Pro-rata refund available within 30 days of initial subscription purchase. No refund after 30 days. One-time certificate purchases ($3) are non-refundable once the certificate has been downloaded.
8. Account termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from account settings.
9. Changes to terms
We will notify users by email of material changes with 30 days notice.
